Sharecare announced the first two of 10 new innovative solutions designed to engage, educate, and activate patients and providers to better understand health conditions and take meaningful action towards improved health and well-being: AR Wellness Lens and Condition Metamorphosis. "At Sharecare, we are uniquely positioned to elevate patient education by leveraging our differentiating technology assets to create transformative, immersive experiences that are equal parts empowering and engaging," said Michael Joachim, general manager of Life Sciences at Sharecare. "Kicking off our rollout of 10 new interactive solutions, these two offerings are specifically designed not only to increase patients' understanding of their condition and how to manage it, but also to highlight the effect that nonadherence to treatment can have on their quality of life."

Sharecare announced that Elizabeth Delahoussaye has joined the company as chief privacy officer of Health Data Solutions. Through its Health Data Solutions business channel, Sharecare has a deep history and proven track record in release of information, offering providers trusted solutions that support revenue generation while reducing the administrative burden on practice staff and increasing patient satisfaction. With more than 20 years immersed in health information management, Delahoussaye joins Sharecare from CIOX Health, a Datavant company, where she served as the company's chief privacy officer since 2016, and was responsible for all aspects of the company's privacy functions.

Aveanna Healthcare Holdings (AVAH) announced the appointment of Brent Layton to serve as a Class III director of the Board of Directors of Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc., and additionally as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, effective November 1, 2024. Layton currently serves as CEO of Sharecare (SHCR), a digital healthcare company that delivers software and tech-enabled services to stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
