Marfrig to offer buying remaining BRF S.A. shares, Bloomberg says
Marfrig (MRRTY) is expected to offer buying remaining shares of BRF S.A. (BRFS), Bloomberg's Rachel Gamarski and Clarice Couto report, citing people familiar with the matter. According to one of the sources, Marfrig will pay R$3.5B and also distribute R$2.5B under the terms of the deal which is expected to be formally announced later on Thursday, the report states.
