Terra Innovatum filed a new investor presentation including updates to the timeline for the deployment of its first-of-a-kind SOLO micro-modular reactor solution and commercialization. The Company now expects FOAK deployment in 2027 and commercialization in 2028, compared to 2028 and 2029 for FOAK and commercialization, respectively, showcased in the investor presentation previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 10, 2025. The Company also provided the key regulatory milestones needed to achieve its 2028 commercialization target below: Initiated Construction Permit Application Activities - 2025; Initiate Operating License Application Activities - 2026; Submit Preliminary Safety Analysis Report - 2026; Initiate Commercial License Application Activities - 2026; Expected Construction Permit Approval - 2027; FOAK SOLO delivered to site; Expected Operating License Approval - 2027; FOAK SOLO begins operating; Expected Commercial License Approval - 2028; Commercialization in 2028.

Terra Innovatum and GSR III Acquisition announced that GSRT shareholders have voted to approve the previously announced business combination with Terra Innovatum and all of the other proposals presented at GSRT's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 7. GSRT is no longer accepting redemption reversal requests. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain closing conditions, the Business Combination is expected to close in the coming days. The post-combination company will operate under the name Terra Innovatum Global and its ordinary shares are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "NKLR," subject to the satisfaction of all other listing conditions.

Terra Innovatumhas accelerated its go-to-market plans for cancer isotope production with the SOLO micro-modular reactor. Terra Innovatum is developing collaborative business models and frameworks to engage with leading isotope producers and distributors such as NorthStar, ANSTO, BWXT Medical, IRE, NRG, NTP Radioisotopes, and Nordion to broaden access, strengthen partnerships, and expand global market reach.
