AirNet Technology announced that it will change its name to "Yueda Digital Holding" after receiving the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name from the Registry of Companies, Cayman Islands, on September 11, 2025, and it will change its ticker symbols from "ANTE" to "YDKG." Effective on September 19, 2025, the company will trade under its new name Yueda Digital Holding and new ticker symbol YDKG.

AirNet Technology has received approximately 296,367 Solana, or SOL, as a result of a recent warrant exercise. The exercised warrants originate from a previous financing round.

AirNet Technology announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with investors for the purchase and sale of 80,826,225 of its ordinary shares, and accompanying warrants to purchase up to 80,826,225 Ordinary Shares at a combined purchase price of $2.227 per Ordinary Share and accompanying Warrant in a registered direct offering. The Warrants are immediately exercisable at an exercise price of $3.3405 per Ordinary Share and will expire five years from the date of issuance. The gross proceeds to AirNet from the offering are expected to be approximately $180M, before deducting offering expenses payable by the company. The offering is expected to close on or about August 27, subject to customary closing conditions.

AirNet Technology appointed Vikram Seth as Fractional Chief Investment Officer. Seth founded V38 in January 2024 and currently serves as CEO of V38, where he leads multidisciplinary research, strategic consulting, and early-stage investments with a focus on Web3 technologies, energy tokenization, and regenerative systems. Previously, he worked at Shell plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange from September 2011 to June 2025, culminating in the role of Head of Web3 Innovation from July 2023 to June 2025.
