The Planet One investment of $3M through the purchase of convertible preferred stock and warrants closed on January 27. This represents 1.5M convertible preferred shares. Planet One also receives 1M warrants with an exercise price of $3.00 per share. zSpace intends to use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet, support working capital needs, and accelerate its international expansion.
