Vodafone's Sale of Indus Towers Stake: Vodafone Plc has sold its remaining 3% stake in Indus Towers for approximately $330 million, using part of the proceeds to repay loans and cover transaction fees.
Investment in Vodafone Idea: The company reinvested a significant portion of the sale proceeds into Vodafone Idea, increasing its shareholding from 22.56% to 24.39%, which also helped Vi settle overdue payments with Indus Towers.
