UNIFI® and REPREVE® Introduce A.M.Y.® Peppermint Technology with Odor Control and Expand REPREVE Takeback™ and ThermaLoop™ Recycling Solutions

UNIFI's New Technology: UNIFI has launched A.M.Y.® Peppermint technology, a yarn that incorporates sustainable peppermint oil for natural odor control, enhancing its commitment to sustainable innovation.
Product Applications: The A.M.Y. Peppermint technology is versatile and can be used in various sectors including apparel, footwear, home textiles, and automotive interiors, offering both virgin polyester and REPREVE recycled polyester options.
Sustainable Materials Initiative: UNIFI also introduced REPREVE Takeback™ and ThermaLoop™ filling materials made entirely from textile waste, supporting their goal of recycling 1.5 billion t-shirt equivalents by FY2030.
Upcoming Exhibitions: These new products will be showcased at the Northwest Materials Show in Portland, Oregon, and the China International Textile Fabrics Exhibition in Shanghai in late August and early September.
