Productivity and Digital Transformation: The company aims to increase productivity by targeting €400-500 million in annual gross savings and doubling the size of HEINEKEN Business Services. This includes a significant investment in digital transformation to streamline operations across over 70 markets.
Value Creation and Financial Goals: HEINEKEN anticipates mid-single-digit organic net revenue growth and aims for organic operating profit to outpace revenue growth. The company is also focused on cash generation, targeting over 90% cash conversion and committing to sustainability goals, including net zero carbon emissions by 2030.
