Acquisition Details: The Ratanarak Group has acquired a 25.54% stake in Siam City Cement from Jardine Cycle & Carriage for 12.18 billion baht ($353.97 million).
Increased Ownership: Following the acquisition, Sunrise Equity, part of the Ratanarak Group, has increased its ownership in Siam City Cement to 71.88%.
