Keppel's Acquisition: Singapore's Keppel has agreed to purchase an AI-ready data centre being developed by Mitsui Fudosan in Tokyo, aiming to enhance its data centre funds from S$9 billion to S$19 billion amid growing demand for AI infrastructure.
Future Management Plans: Keppel will manage the facility once completed in 2027, with plans to collaborate closely with Mitsui Fudosan to develop additional assets for their upcoming Keppel Data Centre Fund III.
