On December 22, the Board elected Mr. Roger Jenkins to serve as an independent, non-executive director, in Class III, and appointed Mr. Michael W. Sumruld to serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, each to be effective as of January 1, 2026. Mr. Jenkins previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Murphy Oil Corporation from August 2013 until his retirement in December 2024. He joined Murphy Oil Corporation in 2001 as Drilling Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, North America.
