Introduction of RA4C1 MCUs: Renesas Electronics has launched the RA4C1 microcontroller group featuring an 80-MHz Arm Cortex M33 processor, designed for battery-powered applications requiring advanced security and communication interfaces.
Power Efficiency and Security Features: The RA4C1 MCUs boast ultra-low power consumption with a standby current of less than 1.79 µA, alongside robust security features including a dedicated RSIP-300 security engine and hardware support for encryption algorithms.
Comprehensive Peripheral Support: These microcontrollers come equipped with dual bank flash memory, various communication peripherals (CAN FD, I2C, SPI), and integrated sensors, making them suitable for metering systems and industrial applications.
