Qantas A350-1000ULR Aircraft: Qantas has unveiled images of its Airbus A350-1000ULR, designed for the world's longest commercial flights, connecting Sydney to London and New York, with first commercial services expected in 2027.
Project Sunrise Progress: The aircraft's assembly is progressing, with engines and flight test instruments to be installed soon, marking a significant step in "Project Sunrise," named after the airline's WWII endurance flights.
Flight Capabilities: The A350-1000ULR will feature a 20,000-liter fuel tank, allowing for non-stop flights of up to 22 hours, potentially reducing travel time by up to four hours compared to current one-stop services.
