Luca Launches Three-Year, US$25 Million Exploration Program to Unlock Exceptional Gold Potential at Campo Morado and Tahuehueto
Exploration Program Announcement: Luca Mining Corp. has launched a US$25 million, three-year exploration program aimed at enhancing gold discovery potential at its Campo Morado and Tahuehueto mining operations in Mexico, involving 80,000 metres of diamond drilling.
AI Integration in Exploration: The company is utilizing AI technology through a partnership with VRIFY to analyze over 30 years of historical exploration data, which includes more than 650,000 metres of drilling, to identify high-potential mineralization areas.
Targeted Drilling Focus: The exploration will focus on 38 priority targets at Campo Morado, including the Reforma Deeps zone, and will also extend drilling at Tahuehueto to explore the Crestón and Perdido structures, aiming to expand known high-grade gold resources.
Operational Context: Both mining operations are fully permitted with strong community support, and the exploration efforts are expected to enhance production capabilities, leveraging existing infrastructure and operational mills at the sites.
