The Company manufactures for global brands and retailers, including VF Corporation, which owns brands such as The North Face, Timberland and Vans; New Balance, G-III, which licenses brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY and Guess; American Eagle, and Skechers. It specializes in manufacturing sportswear and outerwear. Its sportswear and outerwear product offering consists of jackets, polo shirts, t-shirts, pants, and shorts. Its personal protective equipment (PPE) product offering consists of branded (washable) and disposable face masks, medical scrubs, protective coveralls, and surgical gowns. Its production facilities comprise six factory units and four warehouses. Total annual capacity at the Company's facilities is approximately 14 million pieces (average for product categories including t-shirts, polo shirts, pants, shorts, and jackets, and excluding PPE).
