Reduction in surgeries for RRP patients (INO-3107) Statistically significant reduction in surgeries from a median of 4 prior to treatment to 1 at the end of 12 months, representing a 75% reduction by the end of the second year. This improvement was attributed to the effectiveness of INO-3107 in reducing the need for repeated surgeries.

Overall Response Rate (ORR) for INO-3107 72% of patients showed a 50% or greater reduction in surgeries in the first year, increasing to 86% in the second year. This improvement was due to the sustained efficacy of the treatment.

Complete Response Rate for INO-3107 28% of patients required no surgeries after treatment in the first year, increasing to 50% in the second year. This was attributed to the long-term effectiveness of the therapy.

Durability of INO-3107 treatment Reduction in surgeries was maintained into the third year, with a mean number of surgeries per year decreasing from 4.1 pre-treatment to 0.9 by the end of the second year. This durability was due to the ability of DNA medicines to be redosed and sustain T cell responses.

dMAb Phase I trial results Durable and consistent production of monoclonal antibodies stable out to 72 weeks, with no antidrug antibodies detected and no serious adverse events. This was attributed to the effectiveness of the DNA plasmid technology in producing functional monoclonal antibodies.
