Møller - Mærsk A/S has launched the second phase of its share buy-back program, aiming to acquire shares worth DKK 7.2 billion (approximately USD 1.1 billion) from 11 August 2025 to 4 February 2026, following a successful first phase that acquired shares worth DKK 7.2 billion.
Regulatory Compliance and Management: The program will be conducted under EU regulations to ensure compliance with insider trading laws, with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken appointed as the Lead Manager to execute trades independently within specified limits.
