- Torrent Power's Investment: Torrent Power will develop a new coal-based power plant with a capacity of 1,600 MW, requiring an investment of 220 billion rupees (approximately $2.51 billion).
- Adani Power's Contribution: Adani Power will contribute by supplying power from an 800 MW thermal power plant, with an investment of 105 billion rupees (around $1.20 billion). This marks Adani's fourth significant power supply order in the past year.
Government's Energy Goals
