The Company is engaged in the discovery and development of targeted therapeutics for patient populations selected using molecular diagnostics. Its lead product candidates include darovasertib (PKC), IDE397 (MAT2A), IDE849 (DLL3), IDE275 / GSK959 (Werner Helicase), IDE161 (PARG), and IDE705 / GSK101 (Pol Theta Helicase). IDE196, a small-molecule protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor, in combination with crizotinib, an investigational cMET inhibitor. IDE397 is its small-molecule methionine adenosyltransferase 2a (MAT2A) inhibitor. IDE275 (GSK959) Werner Helicase (WRN) inhibitor for patients having tumors with MSI-High. IDE161 (PARG) is a small-molecule poly (ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase, or PARG, inhibitor. IDE705 is a small-molecule inhibitor of Pol Theta Helicase, in combination with niraparib, the GSK small-molecule inhibitor of poly-(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP).
