Hotel101 Projects in Cambodia: Hotel101 is developing two major hotel projects in Cambodia, Hotel101-Phnom Penh with approximately 700 rooms and Hotel101-Sihanoukville with around 680 rooms, both expected to be among the largest hotels in the country.

Revenue Generation: The combined projects are anticipated to generate $109.55 million in sales revenue, contributing significantly to the local economy through job creation and increased tourism.

Strategic Locations: Hotel101-Phnom Penh will be located in the Tonle Bassac district, while Hotel101-Sihanoukville will be part of the Bay of Lights coastal development, both strategically positioned near key commercial and tourist areas.

Global Expansion Goals: This marks Hotel101's entry into its sixth country, as part of a broader strategy to operate 1 million hotel rooms across 100 countries, enhancing its global hospitality portfolio.
