Getty Realty announced that Mark Olear, executive VP, chief investment officer and COO, will retire from the company effective February 27. Robert Ryan, senior VP of acquisitions, has been selected to succeed Olear as chief investment officer. The position of COO will not be backfilled. Ryan joined the company in March 2016 as director of real estate.
