FDA Approval: Johnson & Johnson's Darzalex Faspro has been approved by the FDA for use in combination with bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone for treating newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients eligible for autologous stem cell transplant.
Study Support: The approval is based on data from the Phase 3 PERSEUS study, which compared the efficacy of the D-VRd regimen against the standard VRd regimen in eligible patients.
