Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited is a Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance company. The Company is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, it provides insurance and reinsurance. The Company classifies its business into two segments: The Insurance segment, and Reinsurance. The Insurance segment comprises a specialized portfolio of risks that include property, marine, asset backed finance & portfolio credit, aviation and aerospace, political risk, violence & terror, energy, cyber, and other insurance risks.
