PIPE Financing Amendment: Digital Brands Group, Inc. has amended its private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing to include an additional investment of approximately $1,500,000, resulting in the issuance of 1,875 shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock to a new accredited investor.
