Ecovyst Inc. is an integrated provider of virgin sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid regeneration services and ex-situ catalyst activation services. The Company’s Ecoservices segment provides sulfuric acid recycling to the North American refining industry for the production of alkylate and provides virgin sulfuric acid for industrial and mining applications. It also provides chemical waste handling and treatment services, as well as ex-situ catalyst activation services for the refining and petrochemical industry. Its ecoservices include sulfuric acid regeneration, virgin sulfuric acid, treatment services and others. The Company’s specialty grade high purity virgin sulfuric acid is used in mining, copper for electronics applications, production of lead acid batteries for all types of vehicles, water treatment, and agricultural products.
