CoinShares Expansion: CoinShares, a leading European asset manager in digital assets with approximately $10 billion in assets under management (AuM), is set to expand into the U.S. market through a Nasdaq listing, aiming to leverage its strong market position and recent growth in AuM, which has more than tripled in the last two years.
Business Combination Agreement: CoinShares has entered into a business combination agreement with Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp., valuing the company at $1.2 billion pre-money, which will facilitate its public listing in the U.S. and enhance its growth strategy by allowing U.S. investors to access its offerings.
