Approval of Alzheimer's Therapy: The European Commission has approved Biogen and Eisai's Alzheimer's therapy, Leqembi (lecanemab), for treating early-stage Alzheimer's in all 27 EU member states and additional countries, marking it as the first treatment targeting an underlying cause of the disease in the EU.
