China to explore the use of blockchain technology to promote the “on-chain” of key data

China's Privacy Computing and Blockchain Initiatives: China is implementing privacy computing for credit information sharing to mitigate data leakage risks and is exploring blockchain technology to enhance data security, efficiency, and transparency in government services. The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) aims to integrate smart contracts into the system by 2029.
