3MTT: New Portal Launched by Ministry to Link Employers with Qualified Trainees

3MTT–NJFP Placement Initiative: The Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy has launched the 3MTT–NJFP Placement Initiative to connect young Nigerians with employers, providing access to pre-screened digital talent at no cost to businesses.

Support and Partnerships: The initiative is backed by the European Union, UNDP, and the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme, aiming to bridge the gap between skilled Nigerians and organizations needing their expertise.

Employer Benefits: Participating organizations can access top-tier talent in various digital roles without recruitment costs, and will receive a Federal Government partnership badge to enhance their credibility.

Eligibility and Participation: The initiative is open to a range of organizations, including corporations, SMEs, and startups, with a straightforward online sign-up process for interested employers.
