Cancellation and Refund Policy

By subscribing to any plan on https://intellectia.ai (including free trials), you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and authorize Intellectia.AI to automatically charge your bank card or Stripe account according to the selected billing period.

The service is billed in advance monthly or annually. Users can try selected paid plans for 14/7 days free of charge. If the trial is not cancelled before its expiration date, it automatically converts to a monthly or annual paid plan depending on user's choice.

All billing is recurring, which means you will continue to get billed until you cancel your subscription. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your Intellectia subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Open the Intellectia.ai and go to My Space menu on the left

2. Select Subscription section

3. Go to Usage

4. Click View Payment History or Manage Payment Method

How can I get a refund?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@intellectia.ai.
  • Monthly Plan please cancel your plan by managing your subscription and we will stop the deduction for the next billing cycle.
  • The Annual Plan supports refunds within 7 days in proportion to usage.

If it has been more than 7 days since you made the payment and you wish to request a refund, please contact us anyway at contact@intellectia.ai and briefly tell us what has happened. We will review your request and let you know if we can process a refund.

The policies explained above are currently valid. Please note that we reserve the right to change our refund policy in the future.
